Entrepreneur & operator across U.S. and Pakistan
Osman Rashid is a Pakistani-American entrepreneur who has built and scaled multiple ventures across the U.S. and Pakistan. He co-founded Chegg and served as its CEO in the early years, helping establish the company’s foundation as it grew into a major student platform.
In Pakistan, Osman has built operating platforms across sectors, SOAR STEM Schools (education), Convo (enterprise software), and Khoj Resorts, bringing global standards, talent development, and execution discipline to underserved markets. Khoj Resorts became the first Pakistan-based resort/hotel brand to be recognized in National Geographic’s Luxury Hotel list in 2025.
That same builder DNA, high standards, operational rigor, and institution-building is what Vita Durare is bringing to medtech manufacturing in Pakistan.

Dr. Murtaza Najabat Ali is a medical device builder with deep experience across device development, manufacturing, and scaling from prototype to production.
